Description
The beginners model Morin Khuur is made of Hardwood sides, with Paulownia for its soundboard, along with rosewood fingerboard. The instrument is easily responsive and has a balanced tone with good bass. Beginners will find this set up easy to play and should have no issues playing it with simple set up and assembly. Of course, we are always here to help.
The Morin Khuur – ancestor of both the classical violin family and the Chinese Huqin family – is a native instrument of the Mongolian. Its tone is soulful and mellow, and in the hands of seasoned performers can sing both the stories of the grasslands as well as the ruggedness of the modern concrete jungle.
